Hey there!

I’m Alivette (Vigo) Sadiqi

I’m kind of obsessed with mental wellness.

In case you didn’t know, I’m an author who is passionate about promoting wellness and authenticity. I want to inspire people to live their best life despite their circumstances. I graduated from college with a technical degree, but realized that the best teacher is life, and have learned valuable lessons through my own personal journey that I want to impart to you.

With Make Peace With Anxiety: Manage the Good, Bad and Out of Control, I’m hoping to share my insights on anxiety and depression, how to overcome them, and learning to recognize how they might be impacting other parts of your life!

What People Are Saying

I truly enjoyed reading this book. I could identify with Alivette. When I began reading the book, it was almost as if I was sitting in the room with author and following her journey. Her personal journeys were some of my personal journey’s. I was not aware of the multitude of emotions and symptoms that comes with suffering from anxiety this book. The author took the time to break down the types of anxiety symptoms and their clinical name. Alivette discussed the many tools to help take control and manage anxiety, through therapy, medication, if needed, activities, work environment and wellness.

I think this is a very informative and helpful book. I would like to thank Alivette for being vulnerable and honest about herself and her experiences. She details different avenues of support and leaves it up to you to choose which may work best for you. I admire her bravery for sharing her challenges with anxiety and the methods that worked for her to overcome those challenges.

Make Peace With Anxiety is unlike every other book I have read on anxiety, depression, and wellness. Using her own personal story, Alivette informs, educates, and inspires. There is no judgement or bias in her words—only pure passion and genuine care on the topic. This should be required reading for every high school or college student. Whether or not they are dealing with mental health issues, someone they know or care about is. Her advice throughout the book is simple, practical, and effective. It’s a short book, which I like, and is easy to read and follow. But I can’t say it enough: this is an essential “guide” to understanding and recognizing mental health issues like anxiety and depression—both for the person suffering and questioning their symptoms—and people close to those suffering from them
